How should I store my baked goods?
Please store your baked good in their original packaging or an airtight container in the fridge. As long as they are wrapped and stored correctly, the treats will last 7-10 days in the fridge.
Can I freeze my treats?
Yes! Your treats can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Can I heat them up?
Certainly! If you like your XL melting cookies / brownies to be oozing and perfectly gooey, you can microwave them for up to 20 seconds (time may vary depending on the strength of your microwave) or for 3-5 minutes in the oven at 180 degs
DELIVERY
Where do you deliver to?
We post all across the UK. If you want to send your baked gifts abroad, then please get in touch first. We use Royal Mail first class delivery.
How soon will I get my order?
Orders will be typically dispatched within 1-2 working days, unless stated otherwise (i.e. for pre-order products / specific dispatch dates). Everything is baked fresh, so please bare this in mind when ordering.
Where is my order?
We will work with you and the courier to try and locate your parcel. Unfortunately once we have posted your order, we cannot take responsibility for missed or missing deliveries. We will do our best to assist you within our means.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
No. Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns. If you have encountered an issue with your order, please contact us at the first instance.
I'm not happy - I want a refund.
If there is a genuine problem with your order and you have evidence to support this, please email us at the first instance and we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue.
I've missed my delivery...
Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for missed deliveries.
